Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They message your WhatsApp number as usual and the bot replies right there, with buttons and lists.

Can I keep the number I already have?

Yes, in most cases. We review how your number is registered and walk you through the best way to connect it.

How do I get paid?

You connect your own payment gateway account and the money goes straight to you. Kayslot never touches your money.

Does WhatsApp charge me anything extra?

Replying to messages your customers send you has no extra Meta fee. Messages your business starts, like promotions, carry a per-message Meta fee that depends on the country.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few days. The longest step is verifying your business with Meta, and we help you through it.

Does it work with a ticket printer?

Yes. From the kitchen screen you can print each ticket on an 80 mm thermal printer.

What if the bot doesn’t understand something?
